Meet Louise
Now cancer-free, Louise, a former popular girl, leaves her former BFF Faith behind and starts hanging out with school rebel Jess. Louise is sick of being known as the 'sick gir'l, so she goes all-out to LIVE LIFE LARGE! With Jess’ help she learns what being a true friend really means, and while cancer will always be an important part of her past, she will never let it define her future.
Meet the class!
- Jess is argumentative, straight-talking, Jess is reviled by the other kids at school, but she doesn't care (or at least that's what she wants them to think).
- Faith is the school Queen Bee and was best friends with Louise, before she got cancer. Faith assumes that now Louise is back at school, things will get back to normal, but nothing in life is that simple...
- Outwardly, Daisy is the perfect new girl, bubbly and ready to make friends. But she doesn't let people get very close.
- Jess's dorky brother, Rob has a huge crush on Louise. He’s not entirely sure how to act when she comes back to school for the first time in months.
- Oisín is the hottest guy in school (and he knows it). His confidence gets shaken a bit when Hannah calls him 'cute but dumb,' which sets him off on a journey to learn and grow as a person.
- On the outside, Spud looks like the class clown, always ready with a quip and a prank. And that's definitely who he is.
- Faith's newest best friend, Hannah enjoys her improved position in the school’s social hierarchy...at first.
- Fiachra is Rob's closest friend and the life of the school - creative, fun, and one of the only people willing to call Faith out.
