Hayley shows her ruthless side in tonight's Fair City on RTÉ One and the RTÉ Player.
After hearing that the development will have to be demolished, Hayley says: "There has to be something we can do."
"Pray for lightning. That it burns to the ground," replies James.
"Are we insured for that?" asks Hayley.
"An Act of God, yeah," says James.
"What if we give God a little push?" suggests Hayley.
