Rafferty's eagerness to close the deal rouses James's suspicions in Sunday's Fair City on RTÉ One and the RTÉ Player.
"The contracts are right here, all you have to do is sign," Rafferty tells James and Hayley.
"It's that easy," smiles James.
"It couldn't be any simpler," Rafferty replies.
"Why are you making it so easy for us now?" asks James. "What am I missing here?"
