Bank of Ireland said that services are now running normally on its mobile app and 365 Online services.
The bank had earlier said that the services were unavailale and said it was working to fix the issue as soon as possible.
Bank of Ireland said it was sorry for the inconvenience.
Today's problems follow an outage of Bank of Ireland services in April.
The bank was also hit by an outage last August which led to major disruption for customers and chaotic queues at some ATMs.
