80% of the units have now been leased at Dublin's Bolands Mills, which will open on a phased basis between late 2024 and early 2025.
When Google acquired Bolands Mills back in 2018, the goal was to create a lively place where people could live, work, and come together, bringing new energy to an old site.
CBRE's retail leasing team was briefed to bring in the best of local and independent businesses to support Google’s vision.
"We're excited to near completion of our restoration of the iconic 150-year-old Bolands Mills and surrounding site," said Michael Conaghan, Google's Project Director on Bolands Mills.
"With over 50,000 square feet dedicated to the public, a diverse mix of businesses, and Google's new engineering hub, Bolands Mills is poised to become a thriving part of the Grand Canal area once again," he added.
Neil Culkin, Google's Real Estate Director on Bolands Mills said their goal has been to curate a lively ecosystem of local traders to rejuvenate Bolands Mills by day and by night.
"We're thrilled to announce that this historic location is now home to a new generation of innovators as we welcome a line-up of exceptional local businesses to Bolands Mills, bringing a true icon of Dublin back to life," he said.

CBRE said there are just two units remaining in the scheme. The 150 year old Miller's Lodge, the former residence of the site's head miller, measuring c. 6,000 square feet, and Unit 7, an open plan unit measuring c. 4,000 square feet.
"We have worked with Google over the last number of years to support the vision for the ground floor spaces at Bolands Mills," said Bernadine Hogan CBRE Ireland's Head of Retail.
"It has been a fantastic opportunity to collaborate on a one-of-a-kind development, with a core focus on placemaking and culture, pushing us to think differently about how to balance local business, community and history," she added.
