RTÉ Learn and Microsoft Dream Space have teamed up to present brAIn_waves. It's a new series exploring the technology of AI aimed at Post Primary schools.
In Episode 1, with your hosts Amanda and Corey, we'll be learning all about Artificial Intelligence (AI) - what it is, where it is, how it works, and most importantly, why we should be exploring it.

By the end of this episode, you'll be able to outline what AI is and its history, distinguish between what AI can and cannot do, compare human intelligence with AI, and explain how AI technology is used in our everyday life with examples.
You'll also be able to name three components of AI technology, explain what a data set is, outline how data can be collected and utilised by humans and/or machines, organise and analyse a data set, and make predictions from a data set and communicate about them - access the data set here.
